Will you ship to a PO box?

We are unable to ship to a PO box, as a signature of an individual 21 or over is required upon delivery.

When will my order arrive?

Transit time depends on where the shipping address is located. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and transit times vary from 1 to 5 business days. Delivery details will be provided in the tracking email you receive once the package has been scanned in by the carrier. 
You must be 21 or over to order wine from this site, a signature and valid I.D. will be required upon delivery.

How do I track my order?

After your shipment leaves our facility and is scanned in by the carrier you will receive an automated tracking email with the tracking information enclosed.

Can I return my product?

Please note: Due to the nature of our products, it is rare, but damage can occur during shipping, if this is the case contact us with photo proof of damage and we will be happy to replace damaged item.
All sales are final, and your order cannot be cancelled or modified once it has been placed.
